Established in 2019, PAS Support - a small intervention organisation in Nottingham, also under the alias of PAS Plant A Seed - works very closely within the local community, to ensure families receive appropriate emotional, social and economic support.
With a team of child psychologists trained and qualified in the field of mental health, PAS' goal is to improve community life, wellbeing, home life, social development, and to enforce positive learning for everyone- all while creating and establishing a safe space.

We are not here not only to help those in need but to support the wider community of all those that require it.

What We Do:
At PAS Support, our main goal is to improve the overall mental health & quality of life within a community. Whether through extracurricular activities, routine building, or working 1-to-1 with children that are displaying challenging behaviours, our aim is to support families and help people with everyday life. Everything we do is carried out with discretion and safeguarding.

We want to help children in ALL areas of the community.

Fundamentally, PAS's community outreach programme helps people function better within social groups. Our lead therapists practice outreach work daily with young children who are struggling. Through their work, they can assess the needs of the individual and guide them towards a long-term plan. With the help of appropriate resources and services, we can and will make a difference.

We aspire to bring the community closer together.
*Referrals for our service can be made via social workers, CAMHS, GP, police, and other charities to support social emotional wellbeing, mental health, social anxiety, and other mental health related illnesses.
